The World of Warcraft API has a list of functions that you can interact with and to talk with WoW using Lua. These are your building blocks for manipulating WoW windows and chat boxes and so forth. Looking at these for the first time can be very daunting. But don't be discouraged. After getting more familiar with Lua the WoW API gets much easier, and the documentation gets much easier to read. Keep in mind there are many different ways to accomplish your goals, so when going though the API keep looking until you find a way that best suits what you need.

    As it goes with almost any MMORPG, World of Warcraft is a very grindy game. In it, you’ll have to pump your character to the maximum available level before you can get to the end-game content which all players are so used to. And the problem is – the process of going through all the expansions just to get yourself one new class to be playable in raids is very time consuming. Even if you have a vanilla WoW leveling guide at your disposal, you still have to do all the boring quests or clear those repetitive dungeons over and over again. This pattern affects almost every activity in this online world. At the end of your day, you need to really dedicate your time to playing the game or you will get nowhere.
I think this may have been a case of that specific sword simply having wildly inflated secondaries. If I recall correctly, when I played during Wrath, +STR and +Hit were the stat kings for plate DPS classes (I remember all the guides recommending +STR gems in every slot and +STR enchants on everything) and secondary stats were, well, secondary, and inflated secondaries on a weapon weren't that big a deal. But now that secondary stats have so much more importance, I suspect that an "outlier" weapon like that just wreaks havoc with modern calculations, so that all the addon sees is that this particular sword offers +15 more Haste and Crit than everything else that drops.
Vol’Dun is the hardest and most tedious of the Horde Zones in Battle for Azeroth. It’s also probably the one that makes the most sense. Each sections of quests leads directly to the one you should do next. For all of these reasons it’s going to be best to get this one done early. Thanks to any legendary items you might have collected in Legion, you’ll be strongest in the leveling process before 115 and weaker after — because that’s when the legendary effects stop working.

All I'm saying is that Blizz destroyed Levelling in my opinion. Having the option to get it all out of the way so quickly was a good idea, while still having the option to clear it all like one normally would. WoW is a game that's meant to have options, and ours has been severely reduced to 2 options; "Heirloom On," and "Heirloom Off." They even killed RaF exp gain and it no longer stacks with Heirlooms. They even killed the SoR for no reason at all. Feelsbadman.
Most of the time you spend leveling will involve questing and slaying monsters, but there’s also a lot of travel. Travel earns you little experience (you do gain a bit for discovering new areas), so it’s wise to keep travel to a minimum. The new level scaling system, which scales zones to your level within a preset range, helps with that. You can choose what zones you want to experience and stick with them until you finish their quests.

Drustvar is far and away the hardest Alliance zone, which is exactly why you want to do it first. If you have legendary items, they’ll still be usable, and if you don’t, this zone will still be easier early on than it will be later. Drustvar is also extremely fast and will let you jump out ahead of your competition in other zones, which means fewer players around to take your quest objectives.
Pick a simple goal or idea for your AddOn. It's often a good idea to just make an AddOn that only opens a window or prints a message to get started, especially when everything is new for you. After that works the way it should, and you have learned everything necessary to make an AddOn work at all, you can move on to adding one piece at a time toward your goals. Writting software in general is often a never ending process because you can always think of something new to add or improve.

I just leveled this char in about 2 days played time with a few hours of it being afk in cities.What I did was run every single dungeon one time and do quests while waiting in queue.That way you don't get bored and the experience gain is great.Works particularly good between 60 and 90. WoD is a piece of cake if you just have flying and Legion is questing + doing the per zone dungeon for the 100k xp quest.

- The auto trash sell feature is also incredible, but I always had issues with it selling gear efficiently. Often I have to open my bags 2-3 times if I have a lot of trash, because it can't clear it all in one go. There's also a very noticeable delay with this feature when opening the bags, almost like the bag UI is freezing for a few seconds, then it clears. I've started using a different add on for auto selling trash and it does it all instant, no hiccups, no nothing. Just one swift move.
